Belly Dance Fitness Class

Want to get fit whilst having fun? Bored of the gym but still want to tone up for Summer? Well look no further because belly dancing is the perfect exercise for you. Not only will you lose weight and gently tone your body, but also see improvement in mind, body and spirit!
And best of all every fifth class is FREE!
This class is for all levels so don't worry if this is your first time belly dancing. Akasha will patiently guide you through the moves and ensure you are making progress every single week. The class is held every Monday 7-8pm at New Suffolk College (Goals Soccar Centre) IP4 1LT.
There is no need to book just turn up.

Fan Veil Fantasy Class
This term of belly dance classes will focus on the art of fan veils. Fan veils are a beautiful prop often used to accompany belly dancers in live performances that put on an invigorating visual display of vibrant colours that always captures the attention of the audience. Come join us in class to learn this magnificently unique dance form. This one is not to be missed!
